What one edit buys

One edit is one AI tool on one photo. HDR + declutter on the same photo is two edits, run together in one pass. Auto color & light is free. Failed edits don't count. If our structure check finds the room was re-framed or redrawn, we re-run it once for free; if it happens again, the edit is refunded.

Top-up packs

Need a few more edits, or only list now and then? Buy a one-time pack. No subscription.

Pack credits never expire. If you also have a plan, your monthly edits are used first and pack credits only after they run out.

Packs or Solo?

They cover the same 50 edits in different ways:

  • Solo is $39 every month for 50 edits — about $0.78 an edit. Unused edits carry over for one month, then expire.
  • The 50-edit pack is $45 once — about $0.90 an edit. The edits never expire, and nothing renews.

Put simply: if you list most months, Solo costs less. If you list a few times a year, a pack means you pay nothing in the months you don't list. And if you're on a plan and run out mid-month, a pack tops you up without changing plans.

How much does ListSooner cost?

Solo is $39/mo for 50 edits, Agent is $79/mo for 120 edits, and Team is $175/mo for 300 edits. Brokerage is custom. Every account starts with 5 free edits, no card required.

What counts as one edit?
